BEUMER Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. located in Qingpu Shanghai and BEUMER Group Hong Kong Co., Ltd. located in HKSAR are two legal entities of BEUMER Group in China.
Job Description
- Implement project installation supporting process from field service department；
- Provide proposal to handle problem from site after approved by Field service manager；
- Checking and preparation some documents before installation；
- Detail explanation related items to field service engineer before installation；
- Checking field service report for every engineer based on our report requirement and following some open points until the project closed from field service department.
- Monitor project status to analyze the malfunction and introduce suitable measures in time for every project activities；
- Provide technical supervision and support not only on site but also by telephone and in office. During the malfunction on site and coordinate with internal activities.
- Made a summary report for every project/half year/whole a year and then analysis root cause with related department to avoid same problem occurred again.
- Preparation documents for transfer project to sales/after sale service department.
- Support and prepare documents/material/tools for group training of CL in BCH
- Be responsible for submitting the assignment report every week on time.
Qualifications
- About 5 years related experience in Service department/field of machinery industy (maintenance).
- Solid technical know-how
- Structured thinking and problem solving oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- Hard working and quick learning ability
- Good written and spoken English
- Rich experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance and reparation of delivered systems
