About BEUMER Group A/S

The acquisition of Crisplant a/s by the BEUMER Group in 2009, brought together two of the strongest global brands in material handling and intralogistics.

Since the acquisition, both companies have continued to operate under different names whilst combining their expertise in providing customers with world-class solutions and support.

One name, one focus

The time has come to reflect this close relationship by changing the name of Crisplant a/s, to BEUMER Group A/S. This name change came into effect on 1st May 2016.

This change only reflects the name and has no impact on the organisation nor on the daily business. Just as our systems are designed to increase efficiency for our customers, so the new consolidated corporate name will enable more streamlined communication for all of our customers and business partners.
