Outbound logistics

Automated systems support precise sortation and faster throughput. An automated system’s flexibility may well extend all the way to the outbound area where one single sortation system can support a number of chutes and cater for different types of item handling and shipping. Loading and outbound logistics can be tailor made to fit your exact business case and improve workplace ergonomics.

Multiple Destinations

Organise your chute allocation for single or multiple destinations. Using buffer chutes or chutes with consecutive roller lanes, we enable manual palletising or fine-sorting and loading into a roller cages or onto pallets.

Small Parcels

To accommodate a larger variety of parcel sizes for automated sorting, chutes are also available for loading smaller parcels directly into satchels, ULDs, bulk boxes, cages or postal containers depending on production.

  • Loose Loading

Our telescopic belt conveyors were developed to load loose packages and parcels quickly and ergonomically.

Robotic Package Palletising

Automate your outbound process further by having packages conveyed to robots for automated palletising in redundant robot cells. Screens above the robot cell will indicate when a pallet is ready to be moved to the appropriate truck according to the destination.
