3. What data will be processed by us and for what purposes?
We process personal data when this app is installed and used. In the following, we have listed exactly what personal data is processed:
3.1. Data collected during download
When you download the app, certain necessary information is transmitted to the BEUMER Corporate App Store. In particular, the user name, the email address, the time of download and the individual device identification may be processed.
3.2. Data that is required for providing and using the app
When you use the app, we automatically collect certain information required for the use and security of the app (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1 f) GDPR). This includes: the time of access, IP address, browser (Android, iOS).
3.3. Camera settings
To effectively use the function of transmitting video and image files, the app requires access to camera functions. When using these functions in the app, we will therefore ask for your permission to use the camera or to access any existing image and video files (Art. 6 (1 a) GDPR). Depending on the device, you can choose between front and back camera. You also have the option not to use the camera function and not to grant access to existing image and video files. In this case, you can only use the app to a limited extent. You can change your settings at any time.
3.4. Transmitting pictures and videos
Data processing is carried out for explaining the NCR and accelerating the handling and elimination of the reported non-conformity (Art. 6 (1 f) GDPR). Therefore, please make sure not to capture any persons.

5. How long is your data stored?
We delete the personal data of the data subject as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, and statutory retention periods do not prevent deletion.

You have the following rights toward us with regard to your personal data:
6.1. General rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, objection to processing and data portability. To the extent that processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent with effect for the future.

In accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is processed pursuant to Art. 6 (1 e) GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or Art. 6 (1 f) GDPR (data processing to exercise a legitimate interest) at any time for reasons related to your specific situation. This also applies to profiling based on this regulation. If you exercise your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is used to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
