Process Engineer Internal Logistics (m/f/d)

• You optimize internal material flows and logistics concepts, including Kanban, Milk Run, supermarket principle, FIFO and transport processes
• You analyze and improve logistics processes, coordinating between departments and identifying root causes
• You design and optimize layouts for manufacturing and warehouses, focusing on logistical requirements such as material flow and space utilization
• You develop and implement supply systems and strategies while supporting the integration of new products and processes with a strong focus on internal logistical impact
• You create and maintain internal logistics documentation, including layouts and work instructions, support the creation of work plans, and contribute to the BEUMER Production System
• You apply Lean methods such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping to drive continuous improvement, while leading workshops and actively participating in shopfloor meetings
• You drive innovation in internal logistics by assessing technologies, leading projects and developing standards and training materials

• You hold a university degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology or Logistics) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in Industrial Engineering or production logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• You bring additional qualifications, including Lean Management knowledge, MS Office proficiency and experience with ERP systems like SAP PP/EWM
• You are proficient in Lean Manufacturing and have strong methodological skills in process and material flow optimization
• You work analytically and solution-oriented, using KPIs to identify root causes and implement effective improvements, while collaborating effectively across departments with clear communication
• You proactively tackle challenges with a hands-on mentality, take full ownership of tasks and projects, and thrive in dynamic, international team environments
• You communicate fluently in German and English, enabling effective global collaboration
