Production Planning Manager

位于上海市青浦区的伯曼机械制造 （上海）有限公司和位于香港特别行政区的伯曼集团（香港）有限公司是伯曼集团在中国的两家子公司。

- Responsibility
1. Develop master schedule for complete production.  
2. Manage a team of production planners.
3. Plan daily/weekly production for Production Groups based on Master Schedule requirements.   
4. Controlled release of work orders to production to cover schedule requirements.
5. Balance schedule requirements with production capacity and adjust schedule as required to align with capacity and constraints.
6. Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly feedback on production status (against work orders and schedules).
7. Analyze trends to forecast demands and develop or modify master schedule.
8. Coordinating with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to ensure a controlled flow of approved material timed to meet production requirements.
9. Establish and support individual and team performance goals that are attainable and aligned with business strategy.
10. Identify any potential delays or problems in the production process and devise ways to overcome them.
11. Coordinate with Dispatch Group and Packing company to ensure the timely delivery of finished goods.
12. Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.

- Qualification
1. Experience as a Production Planner or similar role in manufacturing, better with management role.
2. Understanding of manufacturing processes that affect ability to react quickly to unanticipated orders and establishment of inventory levels to support these challenges.
3. Effectively mitigating Production disruption.
4. Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
5. Experience with MRP systems (Manufacturing resource planning).
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
10. Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles.
11. Proven Quality Assurance & Workflow Optimization.
12. Take team lead of 10 employees.
13. Outstanding English oral/written skills to directly report to expatriate director.
