Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, people-focused professional to join our People & Culture team. As a People & Culture Specialist, you’ll play a key role in talent lifecycle by creating engaging, supportive, and inclusive employee experiences. You’ll help bring our culture and values to life through the way we attract, welcome, and support talent throughout their journey with us.

This role is hands-on and varied — from supporting employee centric programs and initiatives from coordinating onboarding and contributing to a range of People & Culture projects within Talent Management. You’ll partner closely with leaders and team members to make sure our workplace remains a place where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to drive talent cycle efforts and related core yearly initiatives with an added focus on ensuring we attract diverse, high-quality talents across all functions.
    • Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination to deliver consistent, engaging candidate experience.
    • Support employer branding initiatives and referral programs that strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Contribute ideas and strategies to broaden our talent pipeline and improve recruitment processes.
    • Support performance review processes and assist in annual target administration. Provide support to managers, employees and the People & Culture Team on performance-related matters.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen engagement across the organization.
    • Help deliver programs that build connection, recognition, and a sense of belonging.
    • Gather employee feedback and contribute to action plans that enhance our culture and work environment.
    • Assist in rolling out policies, communications, and initiatives that align with our organizational values.
  • Support a thoughtful and well-organized onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
    • Partner with managers to create personalized onboarding plans and ensure all logistics are in place.
    • Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with employment policies and procedures.
    • Be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on People & Culture processes and policies.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, performance processes, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintain People & Culture systems, data, and reporting to ensure accuracy and insight-driven decision-making.
    • Contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the People & Culture function.

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
The posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in People & Culture, Human Resources, or a related position.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, approachable, and able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here:

  • A values-driven organization that puts people at the heart of everything we do.
  • An opportunity to contribute to meaningful culture, engagement, and talent initiatives.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages learning and growth.
