IT Specialist, network and HW infrastructure

We are currently seeking an IT Specialist with expertise in servers and storage infrastructure, network and system maintenance to support and further develop our remote access infrastructure and deliver IT services to our customer.

The job
You’ll be joining our Global Configuration Team, a dynamic group of 19 IT-Specialists, architects, and back-office professionals. While the team is primarily based in Denmark, we also have colleagues in Canada, the UAE, France, and Australia.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Deliver IT service to our customer (Patching, updates, configuration changes)
• Enhance our remote support infrastructure with a focus on availability, usability, and security
• Set up, maintain, and improve remote access platforms and customer connections
• Provide expert advice and support on cyber security-related issues
• Assist our Hotline and Monitoring Centre teams with remote support infrastructure queries.

Your profile
We’re looking for a conceptual thinker who is passionate, collaborative, and service minded. With your experience, you are comfortable working across a wide range of technologies and supporting customer-facing teams. You have excellent communication skills, and you thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy working in an environment that values long-term solutions and world-class execution.

We also expect you to bring the following qualifications to the job:

• A background (education, training and/or certifications) in network operations, infrastructure and server management and cyber security
• Practical experience with firewalls, switches, routers, authentication mechanisms, encryption, and device hardening (Cisco and Palo Alto)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Knowledge of common security standards and frameworks
• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
