Job Description

Job Description:
- Coordinate with Technical department and Sales department, be responsible for planning automation concepts for machines and installations of the Filling, packing equipment.
- Check the circuit diagram regarding the function of the machine.
- Check Siemens Profbus/Profinet network.
- Prepare specification for the application software (for computer use).
- Software programming for machine function, the user interface and the engine control system.
- Make Creation of complex PLC programs and execute commissioning.
- Integration of dynamic drive units.
- Coordinate with all order follow-up related personnel.
- Clarify detailed question for customer.
- Project processing inland and abroad (project attendance in all phases).
- PLC, Control cabinet. Check the professional electrical installation, Test the function of machine and equipment.
- Carry out the performance acceptance test. Take part in the trail operation.
- Provide systematic consulting service, advice or support regarding trouble shooting independently.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
- College's degree or Above, Major in Automation or related.
- Min. 6 years related experience in following:
Experience in PLC programming and commissioning (Siemens/Rockwell)
Experience with Multi-Drive Systems
Experience with Siemens Samanic's VFDs
Experience with ABB ACS drives.
- High Voltage distribution knowledge.
- Positive Experience with troubleshooting on machines (software and Hardware).
- Excellent site coordination and communication ability (with customer and foreign colleagues).
- Excellent site organization skills (commissioning with colleagues, installation supervision to customer site teams).
- Basic English written and fluent spoken English.
- Solid knowledge in Siemens Step 7，TIA) and good programming skills in STL, SCL, function plan.
- Solid knowledge in Siemens/ABB Drive – speed and torque control (Siemens VFD G110D, GH180 and ABB Drive composer, Siemens Starter).
- Good commissioning skills in long distance Siemens Profinet/Profibus network PID-Control experience.
- Knowledge Certificate as trained electrician/electronic technician.
- Training certificate for safety at work on High Voltage systems.
