Designed for efficiency and convenience, the use of the BEUMER Inspection Cart enables service operators to easily and safely inspect, clean, and perform various standard service and maintenance tasks in areas that are otherwise challenging to access due to height, platforms, chutes, and pillars.

The Inspection Cart’s capabilities extend to visual inspections, internal component checks, sensor cleaning and foreign object removal within the sorter. It is intended for use exclusively during maintenance operations at a controlled, reduced speed. To ensure utmost safety and compliance, the loop sorter’s speed is continuously monitored, automatically triggering a halt if there’s any acceleration beyond the designated safe speed.

safety and ease of use

Safety is of the utmost importance, and we have incorporated multiple safety features throughout. It includes a fire-resistant rope ladder, a full-body harness and a retractable lanyard for fall arrest. The ergonomic design benefits the operator’s safety and comfort while working. Additionally, the cart is locally controlled by the Inspection Cart Operator, enhancing precision and control during use.
