Job Description

Would you like to join our Sales & System team in Customer Support, linking sales, engineering and project execution? Do you have an outspoken interest in strategy and business development combined with technical curiousness? Then this might be the opportunity for you

Take part in shaping the future of Customer Support
In Sales & Systems we work closely with customers and internal stakeholders across the organisation to build and design upgrades and expansions of installed base across the globe. Right now, we are looking ahead to plan the future of Customer Support and Sales & Systems, building a 10-year plan for the global installed base. And we need you to take part in that journey.

As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen and differentiate our upgrade and modernization portfolio, you will join forces with our Concept Manager to shape compelling upgrade roadmaps for our installed systems. These roadmaps will empower customers to manage their assets with confidence – ensuring they stay ahead of future requirements, unlock long‑term value, and reduce the risk of obsolescence.

Alongside working on the business plan, we imagine that you will take part in a lot of the day-to-day tasks that the rest of the team work on. Tasks will include:

  • Take ownership of development of a specific product and concept and when finished be responsible for implementation
  • Gather inputs for specific solutions from the Customer Support organisation
  • Support with quotations and calculations
  • Communicate with local Group Companies globally
  • System Sales process descriptions

Gain valuable experience in a specialist environment
You will be part of the team on equal terms with the rest of your colleagues and will be provided with a dedicated mentor, ensuring that you will have all the necessary tools and knowledge to get going, and will be supporting you during the entire internship.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to spend time with our interns across the organisation and share your knowledge and experiences.

Interested?
You are currently studying a technical degree, e.g. Global Business Engineer or Marine Engineer, and have a profound interest in strategy, process-optimisation and business development. You are available to start your internship in August 2026 and are motivated to test your theoretical knowledge and to work in a project-oriented environment, where you have the opportunity to take as much responsibility as you like.
The internship is paid and will last for appr. 5 months, the exact period will be agreed with your manager, and if both parties agree, it is possible to continue as student worker after the internship. Please apply online via the link as soon as possible, and no later than March 31st, 2026. We will interview candidates on an ongoing basis and may hire candidates before the application deadline - please attach your grade sheet.
If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to contact Modernization & Upgrade Concept Manager, Simon Haaber, on +45 3127 4299 or Talent Acquisition Lead Søren Holm on +45 3176 0448.
We look forward to meeting you!
