• In this role, you shape the Workplace AI & Automation roadmap and turn business goals into use cases
• Designing intelligent, end‑to‑end solutions using M365 Copilot, the Power Platform and Microsoft Graph forms a central element of your daily work
• You build automations and copilots and integrate systems across our digital workplace
• Another key responsibility of this role is to ensure that every solution developed on the platform consistently adheres to security, compliance, and responsible AI guidelines
• You operate ALM pipelines and keep solutions reliable through monitoring and improvements
• Driving user adoption by creating engaging training formats, enablement initiatives and clear, user‑friendly documentation is also part of your responsibilities
• You manage licensing, costs and the AI & Automation portfolio in close alignment with key stakeholders

• A bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data AI or equivalent practical experience
• Some years of experience in the digital workplace, automation, or Power Platform environments have shaped your professional expertise
• You are skilled in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and prompt design
• You bring solid knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and ALM practices
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph, APIs and event-driven integrations
• Familiarity with Purview, Entra ID, data protection concepts, and responsible AI controls is part of your  toolkit
• You have strong English communication skills and beneficial German language skills that support effective collaboration in an international environment
