A member of BEUMER Group, BEUMER Group Middle East, is strategically located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, making it a hub and supporting our other Group Companies around the world. We have more than 400 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support in the Middle East.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, network hardware, and core IT infrastructure.
• Monitor systems and proactively resolve performance or reliability issues to maintain stable and secure IT operations.
• Administer servers, virtualization environments (e.g., VMware), data backup solutions, and storage systems.
• Provide support for core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage and support end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile hardware.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Assist with network infrastructure, including the configuration and maintenance of firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN connections.
• Apply IT security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and compliance audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams for procurement and technical support.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
• IT certifications ( CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications) are an added advantage.
• Strong technical skills in infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
