There are country-specific application processes in place to apply for a position at BEUMER Group. Please refer to the corresponding job advertisement. We have also compiled information on a successful application.

Please use our online application portal to apply for vacant positions in Germany and Denmark. We have created a list of the most important frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the online portal:

1. How do I submit an online application?

Our applicant management will guide you through all necessary application process steps. Upload your cover letter, CV and certificates as part of the application process. For this reason, it is important to prepare said documents accordingly.

Our HR department and the corresponding specialist department then carefully check your documents against our requirement profile for the vacant position. Please consider that carefully checking your documents may take some time.


2. I did not find an adequate position. What do I do now?

Do not hesitate to send us an unsolicited application. Alternatively, you can use our Job Alerts and receive notifications about new, vacant positions that are of interest to you. If you no longer require the Job Agent, you can deactivate it in My profile at any time.


3. Which file formats can I use?

You can use all common file formats, such as DOC, DOCX, JPG and PDF. We recommend you use PDF file format. We do not enforce any file size limits.


4. How will my data be handled?

We place great importance on protecting your data. It goes without saying that we treat your data as confidential information. We have compiled all data protection information in our data protection statement.


5. How can I tell whether my application has been received successfully?

After having completed the application process you receive a confirmation of receipt by e‑mail. You can also check if your application has been received in My profile. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt by email, check your spam filter settings and the e-mail address you provided.


6. Can I suspend the application process and return at a later point?

Any data you have already input is saved automatically once you highlight the corresponding application step as "Completed".

If you would like to suspend the application process and continue at a later point, use your access credentials and log in to My profile.


7. Can I apply for several positions at once?

Of course you can use the profile you created to apply for several vacant positions. It goes without saying that you can re-use the CV and the certificates you saved in the system.


8. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Go to My profile, you can send yourself your password in this section.
