Maintenance Tools – Providing the right means
The maintenance tools that comes with a BEUMER Group HLC solution include an overview of the IT health (servers, storage, network and OS status), a Maintenance Management System and electronic BHS documentation, which are all available through the Maintenance Tablet.
IT health
The HLC system provides an integrated IT health dashboard as part of the data analytics framework, BG Insight. This allows operators to access key IT metrics from anywhere inside the airport organisation.
To ensure proactive maintenance, all vital IT components are monitored, and alarms are set on the SCADA system to inform operators of any important warnings or errors detected by the IT system.
