Project Management

When we receive a sales order, various departments work together to implement the project. At a kick-off meeting, the Sales department hands the order off to the Project Management department, which is responsible for handling the complete project until the system is accepted by the customer. Project managers coordinate and control all important factors - from project contents and quality checks, to budgeting and scheduling.


Design & Software Engineering

Our global Design departments support project management by providing the necessary technical drawings and documentation. Software and electrical engineers create the required wiring diagrams as well as system control and are responsible for all hardware and software engineering for the systems during the implementation phase.


Production

Our systems are manufactured at one of our world-wide production facilities, for example, in Germany, China, India or the USA. Our production sites feature excellent technical know-how and a high level of in-house production. At the end of the project, the systems are installed and commissioned at the customer's site by our experts.


Customer Support

After system handover, our Customer Support provides sustained and personalised customer care through its world-wide service network. The comprehensive service options include, for example, on-site maintenance and repair, quick supply and assembly of spare parts, hotline support and customer-specific information on upgrades.


Research & Development

Our global Research & Development centres are responsible for developing and optimising our products.
