What makes
my job different...

I joined Crisplant as a trainee electrical engineer, and after graduation I was given the opportunity to work on a nine-month project in Korea. It was an exciting experience but, as time went on, I became increasingly interested in the role that the project manager plays in the success of each project.

After five years of working on different projects around the world, Crisplant gave me the opportunity to move into project management. I was assigned a mentor, a senior project manager who allocated sections of the project for me to complete with their help and support. This enabled me to learn to handle projects according to Crisplant's proven management processes.

I thrive on the challenge of bringing together all of the different threads involved in each project. I coordinate and manage all of the parties, working with customers and suppliers, as well as with colleagues locally and abroad. As a project manager, I am in a central position where I really can make it all work efficiently and seamlessly.

What makes
BEUMER Group different...

The work environment at BEUMER Group is tremendously stimulating. I work with dedicated colleagues in a highly international environment, both culturally and geographically. No two projects are the same. Each customer has their own specific requirements and we are here to make sure that those requirements are met.

It is hard work and demands a high level of flexibility but, in return, I am trusted to make the right decisions. No one expects me to be an expert in every aspect of our products and systems, but by developing a network of colleagues, I know where to find the expertise that I need to address different challenges. There is always someone there to offer help and advice.

The dedication and motivation of the people I work with are incredible. Everyone is proud of what we achieve with our systems and the thought of being part of such a group is very rewarding.
